Adventures in South America

Ya Volvemos/We're Back!

This is the first post after a long hiatus. The new focus is going to be adventures in general, while our long adventure in South America ended in 2006(!), we continue to travel and wanted to put down our observations/places somewhere.

I am going to begin with the most recent trip and work back to at least the beginning of the summer '10 (as memory will fade before then, hence the reason to start putting these memories down as they happen).

Summer '10 has been a busy travel one, with the theme being discover the good ole' USA. The next few posts will cover the following places visited this summer New Orleans, Indiana, Chicago (going to skip DC as it doesn't feel like travel per se) Seattle and Portland.

The first place to discuss in the next post will be Portland and Cannon Beach, Oregon. We will encourage comments and be glad to have your input, thanks.
